We created a world-class Content Management System (CMS) to handle the demanding needs of our clients. The software was specifically created to separate the front-end (design and presentation) from the back-end to create a proven, feature rich solution with unique branding for each project—not cookie-cutter templates.

Key Features

Site Map and Wire Frame creator

Create a site map on-the-fly and see the results with our wire frame view for basic information architecture. Drag and drop pages to update and add modules in page sections to create a wire frame of each page. Clients save time and everyone is on the same page prior to locking down design.

The public facing side includes a footer field with all related page data to keep everyone in synch. It also displays all relevant search engine information to ensure each page is optimized. For final launch this section is removed with one click.

Editing Content

The Page Tree makes finding a page straightforward and the WYSIWYG editor lets a non-coder look like a pro. You can save a page (or entire section) as a draft and publish when ready. The Roll-back option lets you go back a version just in case.

Bios

Bios are editable like pages but generally require additional data to help Visitors find and locate them. Bios can be assigned an unlimited set of categories that can be searched and used to dynamically populate various sections of the site. Typical Categories include: Position, Education, Practice Area, etc.

News

Manage custom categories of news and automatically populate sections of the site based on configurable criteria. Typical categories include: Press Release, Article, TV Interview, etc. Also attach PDF, Word, PowerPoint, video or audio files. Available as RSS.

Events

Trade Shows, Industry Events, Speaking Engagements or any type of date driven item. Available as RSS.

Site metrics

Google Analytics is built-in providing the best site-monitoring tool available. Over 50 reports with variable date ranges including Unique Visitors, Geographic Location and Network Names. Basic training is included as well as custom configured reports via email.

Published Works

Articles, Case Studies, White papers, etc. Includes file attachments. Can be linked to Bios, News, etc. Available as RSS.

Clients / Partners / Portfolio Companies

Manage logos, descriptions, URLs, and custom categories to highlight relationships.

Jobs

Post available positions in a careers section. Jobs can be triggered to start and end on specific dates. Back-end dashboard for HR department for simple management.

Simple Extranet

Create secure internet-based folders to exchange files with a select group of users or clients with no file attachment limits like email.

Related Content

We have modules that can be configured to automatically populate pages with relevant and up-to-date content. It can be as simple as "the latest 2 News items on the home page" or complex like "all Case Studies for this Industry and Sector".

These can be added to either package right from the start or later on.

MailChimp API

User registration with list management back-end. Integrates with MailChimp.com for HTML mailing services and extensive tracking capabilities.

Multiple Languages

Create multiple versions of the site in different languages. Each page can be cloned or create a unique site map for each language based on content.
